New Al Wurood

New Al Wurood International School was established in 1999 with the objective of imparting quality education to the expatriate community of Jeddah. It is recognized by the Ministry of Education(MoE), KSA and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CSBE)New Delhi, India.

The school shelters a steadfast team of teaching staff and non-teaching staff which not only caters to the academic needs of the students but also takes cares of the overall development of their personality. The school's faculty improvement programme enables teachers to keep themselves updated of the new challenges and developments in educational technology.

Fulfilling the accelerated demands of the society for quality education, New Al Wurood International School has won the acclamation of the public. "Serve Mankind" is the school motto. The school is set on the lines of imparting in students a sound mental, moral and spiritual robustness and discipline of body and mind.

Learning spread beyond the class room blending the Scholastic and Co-scholastic activities thus enriching the students with an attitude conducive to leadership and to have a better vision to face the big challenges of tomorrow.

Dear Students, Parents and Well-Wishers,

Greetings from New Al Wurood Family!

As we are ready to set our foot in the 21st year of functioning, it gives me immense pleasure to share with you that the school has taken major strides in academics and co-curricular areas over the years. Our students are displaying exceptional skills in the pursuit of honors and distinctions in allied areas of arts, creativity, sports, games and debate.

Being focused on the motto "learning for a lifetime", we provide the best learning environment emphasizing various life skills. The gavel club, school cinema, scouts and guides provide our students with the best opportunities to experience life and to learn life skills. The new generation programmes like Robotics help our students to develop scientific temper and 21st-century skills. The smart classes, well equipped and spacious labs and libraries make our learning exciting. The field trips and outbound programs are further testimony for promoting experiential learning.

Learning Process

With individualized attention and interactive teaching and learning techniques, the school authorities strive to produce proactive and productive global citizens. Besides English and Hindi, a student has the option of choosing any one of the following languages: Arabic, Malayalam and Urdu. 

Special emphasis is also laid on the development of positive attitudes and healthy habits among the students. Students are introduced to social etiquettes to develop strong moral and ethical values that will make them reliable and responsible global citizens. Students are also exposed to value education and Islamic studies.
